K-Parc is a commercial centre in Kangar, Perlis – the northernmost state in Peninsular Malaysia. Labelled as “The Pulse of Perlis”, K-Parc is poised to inject new life into the state capital. The entire development contains 3 and 4-storey shop offices, with land and built-up areas of 22' x 70'. Governmental buildings there include the education department, youth and sports department and state Syariah court. Also, the Kuala Perlis and Arau town centres are 20km and 15km away, respectively. It is highly likely that these offices will provide the commercial centre with a healthy flow of visitors. Furthermore, the population in the area is likely to grow as the state government has laid out its plans to transform Perlis into a more urbanized and affluent state in the coming years.
