Ken Damansara 1 which is also known as just Ken Damansara, is the first of the three condominiums in the Ken Damansara project. It is very much talked about in a good way, with excellent maintenance fees collection channeled towards the maintenance of the building. There are however a few complaints that the soundproofing is not so good as residents are sometimes able to hear what is going on next door, while there is also the occasional complaint that the workmanship is not up to standard with a few voicing their displeasure that small cracks can be seen on Block B of the condominium.
