About Plaza Haji Taib

Properties for Sale in Plaza Haji Taib

Plaza Haji Taib is a new retail space located in the heart of Chow KIt, at the historically busy street of Lorong Haji Taib. Developed by Kha Seng Group, the retail space is a 10-storey tower, with 7 floors of retail units and 2 floors of Small Office Flexible Office (SOFO) units. Located amongst two-storey shop offices, it isn’t too hard to miss.
The retail building, which was completed in 2016, has units with built-ups ranging from 97 sf to 674 sf. Being a retail space, there is 24 hours security, equipped with CCTV. Each floor will also be equipped with escalators and elevators to provide easy and convenient access to each level and also easier to move products. Plaza Haji Taib is also the latest one-stop wholesale centre in Kuala Lumpur, aiming to provide various products under one roof. That being said, there will also be a loading bay customized for users to transport things around easily. Being placed in a landmark zone, traffic condition is not the best around the area. However, amenities are everywhere within the vicinity of the plaza, which means almost everything is a walk away. Right behind the retail building is the iconic Plaza GM, which provides almost similar services. That does not necessarily mean only competition, but also extra options to the amenities that are ready within the premises. Other than that, Lorong Haji Taib also provides amenities such as restaurants, various services, offices, convenience stores and banks. Furthermore, Maju Junction and Quill City Mall are some of the malls that are also within walking distance from the plaza. Open University Malaysia is also close, which means investors can take advantage by starting education-based businesses or become a source of materials needed by the students there. Plaza Haji Taib is easiest to be accessed via the Jalan Kuching federal route, but the Ampang - Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH) is also another way to get to the retail space. Again, with traffic being a disadvantage, it is compensated by the distance it takes to get to the Chow Kit Monorail station, and the number of Light Rail Transit (LRT) stations that are nearby, among them are the PWTC and Sultan Ismail stations.
