Aspen Vision City is a huge 245-acre freehold commercial and residential mixed development situated in Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan. The fast-growing satellite township of Bandar Cassia is also the mainland landing point of Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge, also known as the Second Penang Bridge, which connects to Batu Maung on the island. Phase 1 of the development is targeted to complete in 2018, while the overall project completion date is set for 2025.
