Aspen Vision City is a huge 245-acre freehold commercial and residential mixed development situated in Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan. The fast-growing satellite township of Bandar Cassia is also the mainland landing point of Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge, also known as the Second Penang Bridge, which connects to Batu Maung on the island. This translates to seamless connectivity to the Penang International Airport and the North-South Expressway (NSE).
When completed, the metropolis will have the prized status of being the only Central Business District (CBD) in Bandar Cassia, and one of the few CBDs in the Northern Region of Malaysia. In Phase 1, Vervèa, recognised as the largest gated and guarded commercial precinct in Penang, has 451 units of three- and four-storey shop offices, dedicated bicycle lanes throughout the precinct and a 300-metre-long covered high street.
The Vertu Resort, part of Phase 2 of Aspen Vision City, is the first condominium project located in Seberang Perai to be conferred a Green Building Index (GBI) rating. Designed to evoke the tranquil, posh feel of resorts, the condominium’s 1,282 units have a built-up area of 1,030 sf to 1,800 sf, and only 8 to 12 units per floor. Its five high-rise towers are less than a 10 minute walk to an international school, auto hub, shopping mall, the central park and Columbia Asia Hospital.
Phase 1 of the development is targeted to complete in 2018, while the overall project completion date is set for 2025.
