Casa Lagenda is a low-density residential area built on Malay reserve land. Located in Hulu Langat, the residential area only consists of 73 terrace house units, and is estimated to be completed in November 2017.

Schools within the vicinity include the REAL School’s Cheras campus, Sekolah Rendah Agama Dusun Nanding, which are both a short drive away.
Casa Lagenda will have ease of access to the Cheras-Kajang Expressway (CKE), via the Jalan Hulu Langat route. Via the expressway, residents can reach nearby districts such as Cheras and Kajang, where more amenities can be found.
