Chymes @ Gurney is a much delayed condominium located along Jalan Gurney in Keramat. It is a home that is dedicated to the upmarket with its unique designs and stylish comfort. Situated in the heart of the city, Chymes @ Gurney enjoys peaceful tranquility in the midst of nature.
Chymes @ Gurney offers low density living to its residents, with only 255 units within its development. The homes are spread out over two blocks of 23 storeys, placing it at approximately only 6 units to a floor. The homes are sized between 943 sf and 3,358 sf catering to families of all sizes.
The smallest unit comes with only two bathrooms while the averagely sized ones come with three. The penthouses which are a glory unto themselves have five bedrooms and are large enough to rival any landed bungalow and to house a multigenerational family.
The facilities that are offered at Chymes @ Gurney are catered to all ages with areas of relaxation such as the reflective pond for the elderly, and wading pool for the youngsters. There is also an infinity swimming pool and sauna, while family gatherings can be held at the rooftop barbecue area and rooftop viewing area. The most attractive facilities of all would be the sky glass gym and sky dining.
Getting to Chymes @ Gurney is very convenient via highways. Located close to home there is the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) and Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), while connecting residents conveniently to Ampang is the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH). The various embassies are within minutes from home and amenities such as the Fairview International School and Gleneagles Hospital are located nearby offering only the best of services.
Chymes @ Gurney was previously known as Faber Antara Condominium, this project was originally much criticised in the market for its impractical designs and purportedly lousy facade. In spite of the complaints, after being rebranded as Chymes @ Gurney in 2015, this condominium became a hot commodity in the market. Nevertheless, although response to this development was deemed to be "hot", the sales of the higher levels and penthouses were said to be bad due to its high pricing.
