Dian Residency is mixed-use development with a total of 832 units spread across two towers. Tower A is 26 storeys, while tower B is 25 storeys. The entire project is sited on around 3.1 acres of 99-year leasehold land with a commercial title.

In particular, there are 651 units of serviced apartments, while the retail shops can only be used for commercial purposes.

Homebuyers can choose from 4 types of serviced apartments (Type A, B, C, and C1).
