Duta Villa comprises 2.5-storey freehold hyperlink residences in Precinct 14, Putrajaya. The term “hyperlink” is used to describe these large terrace houses, with lot sizes of 30x75, and 32x75, which offer more space and comfort for families seeking multigenerational living accommodations under one roof.

Duta Villa is a non-gated and gated residential community. Amenities within the Phase 2A development include a playground and a badminton court for leisure activities. However, the primary pull factor for the project is its distinction as the last residential development for landed homes in Precinct 14. It is situated nearby the Nadi 15 commercial district, and about a 10-minute drive to Alamanda Shopping Centre.
Putrajaya is strategically located in Klang Valley, the most densely populated and industrialised municipality in Malaysia. Just 5km north of Cyberjaya, it leverages on its status as the administrative capital of the country, as well as its position in the area’s emerging southern growth corridor. The city also boasts a proliferation of five-star hotels such as Putrajaya Marriott Hotel and Le Meridien Putrajaya, as well as top-notch educational facilities including international smart schools like NEXUS International School and established tertiary education institutions such as Heriot-Watt University Malaysia.
Within close proximity are Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, UNITEN and Universiti Putra Malaysia, as well as Multimedia University, Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences and Limkokwing University in Cyberjaya.
