Living near the hills of Bukit Tabur and a dense residential area of Kemensah does bring a sense of isolation, peace and serenity, which would be a plus point for its residents. However, one of the downsides to the isolation is the lack of amenities that are within the vicinity. There are only 2 close amenities for residents, which is the Bukit Tabur ATV Track and Bukit Tabur itself, which would be nice for recreational purposes.

Amenities such as hypermarkets, restaurants, schools, banks, convenience stores and service centres are located at Taman Melawati, which can be easily reached with a short drive. Residents will also be close to a few of Kuala Lumpur’s landmarks, such as the National Zoo and the National Aquarium.

Tenants of Embun get to enjoy ease of access to the Kuala Lumpur Second Middle Ring Road (MMR2), with an exit to the highway just a short drive away. The MRR2 will bring residents to the Kuala Lumpur city centre, and to townships like Ampang, Wangsa Maju and Cheras.
