Indah Heights is a development of exclusive landed homes located in the neighbourhood of Taman Skudai Indah, Skudai, Johor. Covering 45 acres of land, the project was completed in the third quarter of 2016, where 189 units of semi-detacheds and bungalows were established.

The concept of Indah Heights is to extend life beyond the 4 walls and into nature, in the embrace of a surrounding of natural greenery. A great choice of layouts and sizes of the homes are available, catering to families of various needs and sizes. Facilities offered to residents are a children’s playground and community garden.

There are 3 phases at Indah Heights, beginning with Phase 2A, where there are 3-storey cluster homes, with the cluster Type A at 3,250 sf and the triple-storey semi-detached Type D with a built-up of 4,230 sf. Both types have 5+1 bedrooms, with the Type A having 6 bathrooms and the Type D an additional powder room. More semi-detached types, also 3-storeys, can be found at Phase 2B, with Type B also at 3,250 sf and Type C with 4,075 sf of space. They have a similar 5+1-bedrooms and 6-bathrooms layout.

Phase 3A of Indah Heights are the bungalow units, which come in expanse sizes of between 4,058 sf to 5,250 sf. All units are 3 storeys in height, with layouts of 5+1 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms for the Type A (4,190 sf) and Type B (4,058 sf to 4,165 sf) while the Type C (4,790 sf to 4,883 sf) has an extra bathroom. The Type D is the largest, and has a 5+2-bedrooms and 7-bathrooms layout.

Being in an established neighbourhood and the matured town of Skudai, amenities are all within easy reach. A number of neighbourhood malls and hypermarkets can be found, such as the U Mall, Skudai Parade, AEON, as well as Tesco and Giant. Schools and educational institutions in the vicinities are SK Taman Mutiara Rini, SMK Taman Mutiara Rini, SJK (C) Kuo Kang, and the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UTM) campus.

The development is also located on the peripheries of Iskandar Puteri, thus giving residents the privilege of being near mega developments such as the EduCity education hub where world-renowned universities have campuses there, while the Afiat Healthpark provides medical facilities.

Major roads and highways accessible from Indah Heights are the JB Parkway, which ends at the Perling Interchange and connects to the Pasir Gudang Highway and Jalan Skudai. Up Jalan Skudai is the North-South Expressway (NSE), and eventually, Senai, while down south it becomes Jalan Tun Abdul Razak and goes all the way to the JB city centre. The Pasir Gudang Highway on the other hand, connects to the Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL). On the west end of JB Parkway is the Tanjung Pelepas Interchange, where the Second Link Expressway can be taken to get on the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Causeway.
