Koi Tropika is a condominium located along the Damansara-Puching Highway (LDP) in the township of Puchong. One of the empty blocks was renamed as K Boulevard and runs under a different management system and shares the main entrance as Koi Tropika.
While one of the blocks was renamed and sold as a different residential area, Koi Tropika remains as a high density development which has a reputation of not having enough parking bays and having had numerous car break-ins as a result of a plenitude of cars parking outside the residency.
