Laman Damai is a development of high rise flats located in Kepong, which was previously known as Li Garden. Launched in May 2003, Laman Damai was abandoned in May 2006 by its developer Gallant Acres Sdn Bhd, who were later declared bankrupt in March 2008.
The project was nevertheless later picked up again by a different developer, and the newer and better Laman Damai offers decent homes to the lower middle income bracket at affordable prices, while being conveniently located at within walking distance to the Taman Keeping KTM Station. As a result of its proximity to public transportation, Laman Damai is now a popular apartment for rent in the city.
