Maxim Residences is a brand new residential development located in the thriving township of Cheras minutes away from Kuala Lumpur. It is a development that is situated behind Cheras Sentral, a place that was previously called Plaza Phoenix. Minutes away from home is the Econsave hypermarket and a foodcourt, and needless to say within a stone’s throw is Cheras Sentral, a full fledged shopping mall that will come with popular F&B outlets such as Chatime and Old Town White Coffee, as well a the popular TGV cinemas.
Transportation to and from the city from Maxim Residences is very convenient with its accessibility to highways. The Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK) is closest to home, and the upcoming Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) highway will have interchanges to Alam Damai and the SILK Highway. This new highway will also provide easier connectivity to the Sri Petaling and Ampang side of town.
