Being located close to a number of colleges, there is usually a relatively high demand for units here from foreign students. Aside from being a popular student accommodation, Mentari Court 1 is also generally a favourite amongst the lower income bracket for its affordability. The environment of this apartment is however not very pleasant, as rubbish can be seen strewn everywhere while its compounds are generally on the filthy side.
