Mutiara Magna is a high density condominium located in Kepong and it is a neighbour to several other low cost condominiums such as Pelangi Magna and Suria Magna. In addition to being a low-cost condominium, Mutiara Magna has seen a lot of criticism such as break-ins, open air sewage tanks and a lack of parking spaces. One of the most recent and unwelcome cases to visit the residents of this condominium was a rape case that occurred in September 2014 where the victim was a 15-year old girl.
