N'Dira Townhouse is one of the 16 developments located in the esteemed and much anticipated township of 16 Sierra. It is a collection of townhouses within a gated and guarded community, that is surrounded by lush nature in the gardens of 16 Sierra.
As per 16 Sierra’s theme of 15 gardens and one Central Park where every section of the development has a dedicated themed garden, N'Dira Townhouse enjoys a Spring themed garden and also a Linear Garden.
The N'Dira Townhouse development was designed with spaciousness in mind with its 50 ft wide internal roads, which gives even more space and comfort for those residing within. The homes have a gross built-up of approximately 2,099 sf ranging up to 2,573 sf where every home comes with three bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms.
Despite being a townhouse, every home also comes with enough porch space for two parking lots. To enhance the security of the neighbourhood, the roads within N'Dira Townhouse are built with a cul-de-sac design, meaning that vehicles can only access the residential rows from one end of the road.
Built with a semi-detached design, every home at N'Dira Townhouse will come furnished with a home alarm system for added security. There will also be a balcony where residents can enjoy the scenery from, while the large glass windows provide ample natural lighting.

One thing to note for interested buyers of N’Dira Townhouse if you are considering the upper unit is, there will be a lot of stair steps that you would need to take on a daily basis - 3 floors of it. As such, they are not suitable for families with elderly members.
