Royal Regent which is also known as the Sri Putramas III is the third and final installation of the Sri Putramas condominium series in Dutamas, sharing its equally fantastic location with its sibling condominiums.
Unfortunately for residents of Royal Regent, this condominium also shares the same construction flaws of Sri Putramas I and II, with bad workmanship during construction. Nevertheless, this has not stopped the prices of Royal Regent from increasing in the long run due to its superb location.
