Taman Ampang Hilir is a commercial area located in the business centre of Ampang. It is located in an area that is ever so busy, loaded with a lot of amenities. The area houses a number of Korean cultured shops, providing something different to tenants around the area. It is also filled with a lot of restaurants and service centres.
Another commercial centre, the Excella Business Park, is only a 2-minute walk away. A 5-minute drive from here can lead to One Avenue Ampang as well as Ampang Point, the nearest shopping malls in the area. Another shopping mall that is nearby is Galaxy Ampang, which is only 6 minutes drive away.
The Ampang district police headquarters is also nearby, so emergency services are well within reach. There is also a clinic within a stone's throw away, namely Klinik Kesihatan Ampang. Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur Hospital is also nearby, again easing access to emergency services when needed.
There are a number of schools within close proximity to Taman Ampang Hilir. There are three schools near the area which are all less than 15 minutes drive away, they are The International School of Kuala Lumpur, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Hulu Kelang, and Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) On Pong. Another attractive point when investing in a unit here is that it is close to a number of embassies, suitable for investors in travel businesses.
The commercial area is also easily accessible via the Kuala Lumpur Second Middle Ring Road and the Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), which are all less than a 5 minutes' drive away. The ease of access makes traveling within Kuala Lumpur not too much of a hassle. Should one shies away from driving the busy streets of Kuala Lumpur, there are two bus stops right at Taman Ampang Hilir, and the Ampang Light Rail Transit (LRT) station is just a 6 minutes' drive away.
