Taman Kota Perdana is a small neighbourhood located in the district of Bandar Putra Permai in Seri Kembangan and consists mostly of landed and high rise properties. Taman Kota Perdana is a relatively matured development with homes targeted mostly at low to middle income group earners. Despite being classified as low- to medium-cost residences, the neighbourhood hosts a variety of decent facilities.
Taman Kota Perdana can be easily reached via several major highways, although these highways do tend to get congested during rush hour. Alternatively, residents can utilise the public transportation as there is a nearby KTM station and an upcoming MRT station.
