The Arc is targeted mainly at students due to its strategic placement between two educational institutions which are Multimedia University and Limkokwing University, which are within walking and driving distance, respectively.
Despite its strategic location however, most of the properties for students in Cyberjaya do not appreciate much in value, but have otherwise been seen as a source of rental income for investors.
