The Heron Residency is a condominium comprised of serviced apartments in Puchong. Residents here are exclusive members of the clubhouse and the amenities it provides. It was developed with the intention of being a resort-styled apartment that boasts 5 star facilities, but there has been plenty of negative reviews of the place. Some include complaints about the exterior compound which contradicts the vision it was marketed as, terrible management and a stench coming from the Ayer Itam landfill.
