Tropicana Danga Cove is a 225-acres waterfront marvel of commercial and residential components, located east of Johor Bahru. The development will also encompass hotels, restaurants serving up decadent seafood, shopping malls and hypermarkets providing retail and daily needs, schools, as well as a terminal for public transportation. Upon its completion, the coast-side destination will also become the new financial and commercial hub of the eastern Johor region.
Residential phases of Tropicana Danga Cove will see the establishment of both high-rise and landed residences. The high-rises will make the best of the development’s integrated concept, with its location planned near the retail mall for added convenience of living. However, Tropicana Danga Cove will not feel like a concrete jungle even with towering buildings, given the central public park which will ensure nature is not forgotten.

Nearby neighbourhoods and townships offer restaurants, primary and secondary schools, convenience stores, and mini markets among others. With its location near the matured industrial town of Pasir Gudang, the shop offices of Tropicana Danga Cove may also present great potential for investment, given the large population of the town.
Tropicana Danga Cove is located off the JB East Coast Highway, also known as the Johor Bahru-Pasir Gudang Highway. As its name suggests, the major route connects the development to JB westwards, while Pasir Gudang is east, further down the road. With that, Johor Bahru is a mere 15 minutes’ drive away, while Pasir Gudang is a little over 10 minutes in the other direction. An alternate route to JB would be the Pasir Gudang Highway. However, traffic along both highways is known to be heavy during peak hours.
