Amenities are not within easy reach of Vista Condominium. Situated up the hilly area in Relau, it would be inconvenient for those who do not have their own transport. Amenities like convenience stores, eateries, clinics and so on will require a short drive down to the Relau town centre. Once there, commercial hubs and retail outlets such as D’Piazza Mall can be found. Hospital Pantai Mutiara is also in the area. While Queensbay Mall and a Giant hypermarket are within 10 minutes’ drive away.
Accessibility wise, Jalan Paya Terubong will be the main road connecting Vista Condominium to the town of Relau. From there, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah can lead to the town of Bayan Lepas about 15 minutes away. The first Penang bridge is also about the same distance away in the opposite direction. Hence, the property may be suited for those working in the Bayan Lepas area or even the mainland given its location.
