D'Twist is an upcoming mixed development project located in Bandar Sunway that is estimated to be completed by the end of 2017. It is an integrated project located within DK City which will comprise of several phases. The first phase of DK City was D’Senza, which was followed by D’Latour a development of Small office Home Office (SoHo) and serviced apartments.

The highways that are easily accessible from D’Twist are the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and the Federal Highway. These highways grant residents of D’Twist the utmost convenient access to Damansara, Kelana Jaya and Petaling Jaya.
In terms of amenities, living at D’Twist will provide buyers with only the best of shopping malls, medical facilities and education centres close to home. Situated within Bandar Sunway, the Sunway Pyramid shopping centre is only a short drive out, the Sunway University a short distance away and Sunway Medical Centre within minutes of D’Twist.
These are only the ones that are closest to home, as within Subang Jaya 10 minutes away there is the Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC) and an education hub of universities including Taylor’s College, Inti University and College, Monash University and Segi College.
