Kota Kemuning is a township that offers an idyllic environmental living combined with modern conveniences. It follows an eco-friendly concept with 45% of the land dedicated to wide green spaces, perfect for those who yearn for a back-to-nature lifestyle with no sacrifices needed.

Developed by Hicom-Gamuda Development Sdn. Bhd. in 1994, Kota Kemuning has since evolved into an award-winning, self-sustainable township. It spans over 1,854 acres and the residential areas mainly consist of terraces, bungalows and semi-detached houses. There are a few apartments that cater to the low to middle income as well.

The Kota Kemuning property market has been flourishing since the start. The property prices here saw great appreciation since the beginning and many residents took this opportunity to either sell their current homes for an upgrade or resell a property at a higher price much later.

Also contributing to the popularity of this township is the Bukit Kemuning Golf and Country Club and the Kota Permai Golf and Country Club where various sports championships were held. The township’s abundance of fresh air and green trees facilitate an active outdoor lifestyle. You can see residents of all ages jogging along the Kota Kemuning Hill Park and the lakeside of the 22-acre Wetland Park (winner of the Landscape Planning Award 2003 and the Urban Redevelopment, Conservation and Rehabilitation Award 2003).

Kota Kemuning is highly accessible via major highways such as KESAS and LKSA, making it a prime location for many. However, residents still struggle with the KESAS highway traffic during peak hours; a small trade for living in a lavish place where all necessities are within reach.

Thanks to the relaxing surroundings filled with parks that are walking distance from homes, a population of active and health-conscious people of all ages were drawn to settle down here.
