Bangsar South is an integrated (residential and commercial) property development project in Kuala Lumpur that is made with the intention of recreating Bangsar, the area next to it. It is highly urban and well-connected with a sophisticated vibe that reflects the lifestyle here.

Formerly known as Kampung Kerinchi, its name has changed to reflect the upgraded land value. Back then, it was mainly home to a large rural residential zone containing several developments that were launched in the 1990s. In 2005, UOA Holdings acquired the 60-acre land. Shortly after, they began development in 2007 to upgrade the area into an exclusive residential and commercial hub.

Thanks to the years of hard work by UOA, Bangsar South has developed into a highly sought after real estate address. It has now become a luxurious metropolis that is located just a few minutes away from the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. UOA is very passionate about progress and that shows in how much the area thrives today.

Bangsar South owes its rise to many famous developments such as Nexus, Connexion,
Carmella Service Suites, The Village, The Horizon Boutique Office, The Vertical Office Tower, The Sphere Shopping Mall and The Park Residence. It is also near Mid Valley Megamall and Menara Telekom. The notable landmarks in Bangsar South include the Angkasapuri building and the University of Malaya.

If you need great food and hangout spots, there is plenty to explore here. Discover more cafés, food and bars in the crowded and lively neighbourhood of Bangsar. It will help you relax from the hustle of a hectic week. Among the buildings in this area, there is still a fair bit of nature mixing with the urban. It has a balance of open spaces with green trees, landscaped areas and vacant land lots.

Due to its improved connectivity, the roads in Bangsar South easily connect to other towns such as Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Bangsar, KL Eco City and many more. The area is situated right at the entrance of Federal Highway. Moreover, public transport users get to enjoy great accessibility with the buses and LRT stations nearby such as the KL Gateway and Kerinchi station. Many locals go to the city centre for work using the LRT because it is a great way to avoid intense KL traffic.

The residents in Bangsar South come from different demographics; young working adults, families, and residents who desire a quieter place away from the city centre while still being near it.
