Penerangan

Sprinkled around Kota Damansara are the pioneering developments of this upcoming satellite town of TTDI. Amongst the first few condominiums of the area is Palm Spring, a rather high density collection of six residential towers with many shops within short walking distance providing various amenities. It is to be noted that there is a severe lack of parking lots in this condominium, even if one wishes to either rent or purchase one.

It is rumoured that the management of Palm Spring is extremely strict with their range of buyers, disallowing foreigners, especially students to purchase or rent a unit at Palm Spring, as the existing tenants of these criteria are commonly known to dirty up the place by throwing rubbish over the balcony; which one resident professes that an empty can thrown from a balcony almost hit his baby daughter in her perambulator.

High density. Consist of 6 blocks with total units of at least 2100 units.
Parking allocated in a separate building.
Visitor parking not sufficient for a development of over 2k units.

Security has improved over the years. Maintenance maintained.
One condo where you can walk or hangout around the compound, whereby in the morning and evening you can see people, family, children... makes you feel there is live! Lol.
There is an incomplete gym, cafe - no pork served, 7 swimming pools - one of each block and one next to the cafe, convenient store which also supply kitchen/cooking gas just a call away and will be sent to you within 20 minutes.

1 yr ago, used to rent it to the Negro tenant, but now the management has stricten the rules to the owner on the tenant. The place is mostly occupied by a family.

Strategic location with amenities available i.e shopping malls etc. However due to high density of the place; it has became a hub of rental for students and foreigners. Situation became worse over the last few years where you see more foreigners staying here. A... Lebih Lagi
condo is a community where we preserve to stay. With such high rent outs open to everybody; maintenance has became lacklustre. Things can only can better if the management tighten the regularities.

Actually not bad. Landscape very well-managed for 10 year. They have just solved the carpark problem. More and more lecturers staying here. The neighbourhood becoming better. Good community - recently had a mooncake event. It’s like having a kampung spirit in urban... Lebih Lagi
