<p>Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad was incorporated in 1997 and converted into a public limited Company in 2004. The principal activities are investment holding, property development and construction.<p>

<p>The Group has to date, successfully completed and sold 21,000 residential and commercial properties with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM2.4 billion. Currently the Group is embarking on two(2) flagship development, which will propel the growth of the Group over the next 8 years with a combined GDV of approximately RM4 billion. The strength of the Group, among others, are its marketing strategies, delivering end-products ahead of schedule, good customer service and a team of committed and responsible workforce. The Group was accredited with ISO 9001 status by BM TRADA OF UK in August 2005 and listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on May 28, 2013.<p>
