Meeting the Demands of First-Time Homebuyers

Designed with practicality that meets the needs of urban homebuyers, particularly first-timers in their 30s, Astrum Ampang’s Phase 1 SOHO units have a built-up area of 280 sq ft and are priced at RM230,000. In the recent launch of Astrum Ampang’s Phase 1 units, the developer has recorded 80% take-up rate amid the global COVID-19 pandemic.

The project is integrated with the progressive Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) concept which considers the availability of jobs, housing, and amenities around public transit systems. Astrum Ampang is supported by the principles of TODs to provide an affordable living environment as well as a quality and sustainable lifestyle.
