S P Setia’s township development Setia Alamsari in Kajang, Selangor recorded an excellent 90% take-up rate for Emporia, the township’s first commercial property, within a day of its launch on 6 August 2022.

Emporia is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2025 with a total gross development value of RM60.2 million. Consisting of 30 units of spacious double-storey shop offices, Emporia lots have a land size from 22 ft by 75 ft and built-ups of 3,208 sq ft to 6,646 sq ft. The price of its units ranges from RM1.57 million to RM3.71 million.

“As a commercial hub, Emporia will not only add vibrancy to the township and provide conveniences to our residents, but also maximise business opportunities within this maturing area of Kajang as more of our residents move in. It is also expected to attract footfall from around Semenyih and Bangi with high visibility facing the main ring road,” said Setia Alamsari General Manager Soh Wai Fong.

Emporia will serve more than 8,500 residents within Setia Alamsari by 2025, as well as over 240,700 of those living in the surrounding populated neighbourhoods within an 8km radius in Semenyih, Bandar Baru Bangi, Bangi Avenue, Bandar Seri Putra, Lambaian Residence, Serene Heights and Southville City.
