PJS, short for PJ South, is a well-established township located in Selangor and is strategically situated within close proximity of several other well-established townships such as Subang Jaya, Puchong, and Bangsar. Properties within the township consist mainly of residential homes and high rise condominiums.

PJ South is a host to a generous variety of amenities, ranging from grocery stores to classy restaurants. Mid Valley Megamall is only within 10 minutes of driving distance, where residents can enjoy their shopping and recreational activities. Residents with children are able to send their offspring to a number of schools located within the township, while colleges and universities are also within short driving distances.

The township is connected to other areas via a chain of expressways and highways that residents can use to get around. It is easily accessible via SPRINT, LDP, and NKVE, to name a few, and public transportation is also easily available, with the closest KTM Komuter train station being the Jalan Templer KTM station located well within the area, bus and taxi stands.
