They say lightning doesn’t strike twice, but that does not seem to apply to Sime Darby Property Berhad (“Sime Darby Property” or “Company”) as the Company successfully achieved 100% take-up rates for its recently launched Dayana Phase 2 and Serenia Aiora Phase 1 homes. The Company continued its achievement with Elmina Green Five in City of Elmina and Trilia in Bukit Jelutong which were launched in recent weeks.

63 units of Dayana Phase 2 in Nilai Impian and 144 units of Serenia Aiora Phase 1 in Serenia City, with a total Gross Development Value (“GDV”) of RM132.4 million, were snatched up immediately during their respective sales previews earlier this month, marking the Company’s fourth consecutive booked out new launch.
