With a total gross development value of RM130.3 million, units here are priced from RM1,896,000 to RM2,547,600 with built-ups ranging from 2,897 sf to 3,512 sf. Positioned at different levels of the terrain to form a picturesque silhouette, the semi-dees come with copious land areas between 3,627 sf and 10,742 sf.
