Oakland Commercial Centre is a commercial development strategically located midway between the towns of Seremban and Seremban 2. With easy accessibility to major roads leading in between the towns, including the North South PLUS Highway, as well as being surrounded by amenities, such as Columbia Asia Hospital, Jusco, Tesco Extra and the Seremban Government Complexes and Offices, this area has high potential for growth. Oakland Commercial Centre 1 was the first phase of this development and it's low sale price and rental, coupled with it's strategic location, made it popular with businesses revolving around wholesaling, distribution and servicing.
