Fera Residence @ The Quartz is a serviced residence developed by Beverly Group Sdn Bhd, and is the second phase of a 5 phase project known as The Quartz WM, slated to be completed in 2020. Located in Wangsa Maju, it will consist of 2 towers that are 26 and 27 storeys respectively, and a retail outlet space. Fera Residence is also a Green Building Index (GBI) certified building.

Fera Residence is a low-density condominium, only consisting of 386 units shared between the two towers, along with 18 retail units. The residential units have a built-up ranging from 662 sf to 1,589 sf, and have a launched price from RM480,000 onwards. There are a wide variety of unit layouts, with the layouts averaging from 2 to 3 bedrooms. The serviced residence’s layouts would be an attractive offer to young adults, small families, and families that are just starting up.

Fera Residence has a lot of facilities offered to tenants to ensure that they will live in comfort and luxury. Under the proposed Quartz WM, there will be a centralized garden at then entrance. Internally, residents of Fera Residence have a jacuzzi pod to enjoy. There will also be an infinity pool and a children’s play pool installed in Fera Residence. For extra recreational purposes, there is a gym and a yoga garden included. There is also a terrace and a viewing deck to marvel at the KL skyline. A multi purpose hall, barbeque area and a children play area are also installed for gathering purposes.

Located in Wangsa Maju, Fera Residence is surrounded by a wide variety of amenities. Fera Residence is surrounded by a mix of residential and commercial hubs that consists of restaurants, convenient stores and offices, which are mostly less than a 15-minute walk away. Also within walking distance are a number of government service offices. AEON Wangsa Maju and Wangsa Walk Mall are 11 minutes away from Fera Residence, with more choices of amenities being offered.

There are also a number of schools within the area, the nearest being SK Wangsa Maju Zon R10, which is only a 5 minute’s walk away. Other schools that are nearby include SMK Taman Seri Rampai, Sekolah Kebangsaan Wangsa Maju Seksyen 1 and SMK Seksyen 5 Wangsa Maju. Public transportation is also in abundance around Fera Residence, with the Sri Rampai LRT station just a 15 minute walk away, and a number of bus-stops within the area.

Under the Quartz WM master plan, Fera Residence will have a myriad of road options to travel to Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. Fera Residence is linked to a few major highways, and are all accessible within a 15 minute’s drive. Highways accessible from Fera Residence are the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), the Ampang Kuala-Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), the Kuala Lumpur Second Middle Ring Road (MRR2) and the proposed Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Expressway (SUKE), which will connect to most of the expressways in the Klang Valley.
