In addition, Icon residence is also located nearby the upcoming KL Metropolis site, which houses prominent government buildings such as Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), the Kuala Lumpur Courts Complex, and the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) building.

Icon Residence has access to and from a network of highways, which includes the SPRINT Highway, the Jalan Duta-Sungai Buloh Highway (PLUS), the North-South Highway (NSE) and the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE). These expressways allow residents to reach townships such as Kuala Lumpur, Segambut, Sungai Buloh, and even Petaling Jaya. Other transportation alternatives include bus routes and the Segambut KTM station nearby.
