Kuchai East is a new serviced residence development gracing the bustling town of Kuchai Lama. The property will consist of a single tower soaring 47 storeys, making it among the highest buildings in the area. The project, estimated to be completed in 2020, will house 427 residential units, 8 floors of parking bays and shop offices.

There are a few unit layouts to choose from. Type A is the most compact unit, housing 1 bedroom and bathroom, with a built-up of 568 sf. Type B1, B2 and B3 have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and are sized at 805 sf, 823 sf and 813 sf respectively. Type C2 is the largest units, which has a built-up size of 1,066 sf, designed with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, featuring an expansive family living space, making it a conducive living environment for small to medium-sized families. The smaller units, on the other hand, would be suitable for young working adults and couples alike.

There are also a few lifestyle facilities made available in Kuchai East, with most of them situated on the rooftop. On the facilities floor, residents will be able to find a swimming pool and a wading pool, with a spacious pool deck for them to bask in the sun. There will also be a gym and a yoga deck, overlooking the pool area. On the rooftop, occupants will be able to enjoy a sky bar, a sky pool, and a viewing lounge. For the purpose of social gatherings, there is a barbecue pit for utilisation. There is also a mini theatre prepared for the residents.

The serviced residence is located within Kuchai Entrepreneur’s Park, which also means that there will be a wide range of amenities nearby for residents to enjoy. The area houses amenities such as restaurants, offices, entertainment outlets, retail shops and many more.

The serviced apartment can be accessed via the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), which also leads to the Kuala Lumpur city centre. It is also connected to a network of other highways, which includes the Maju Expressway (MEX), the Sungai Besi Highway (Besraya) and the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway. The residence will also be close to numerous public transportation facilities, especially the Mass Rapid Transit’s (MRT) next phase of stations, which will bypass Kuchai Lama.
