Riveria City is a commercial development located in the heart of Brickfields, spearheaded by Titijaya Land Berhad and Bina Puri Holdings Berhad, in collaboration with Prasarana. The project will consist of small office home office (SoHo), serviced apartment, office and retail units, spread across 4 towers stretching as high as 45 storeys.

The mixed development will see units with built-ups ranging from 255 sf to 900 sf, as well as rooftop facilities. Priced from RM325,000 onwards, the project is suitable for students, young adults or adults studying and working in the Kuala Lumpur city centre.
