SkyMeridien is another project of the successful developer SkyWorld Development. An up-and-coming developer in the Klang Valley, SkyWorld Development has completed several projects to-date including Bennington Residences, Ascenda Residence and The Valleys.

One of the latest addition to their portfolio, SkyMeridien is a leasehold serviced apartment that is located in the central township of Bandar Baru Sentul. As a premium development targeted towards the middle-income earners, the development will consist of two towers sited on commercial titled land.

There will be a total of 780 residential units to SkyMeridien housed within a tower of 38 storeys and another tower of 39 storeys. With the homes spread out over several floors, this serviced apartment is marked as a fairly low density development. The homes will be located from Level 9 to Level 39 in both towers, while the first eight levels will comprise multi-storey parking lots.

Buyers will have several choices of units to select from, with sizes that range between 581 sf and 1,318 sf with launch prices starting from RM397,000 for the smallest unit in the latest tower.

Buyers are especially interested in SkyMeridien for the generosity of the developer. Every home will come with a minimum of 2 parking bays, as well as an air-conditioner in the living area and master bedroom. Hot water tanks are pre-installed in all the bathrooms except the utility rooms, and all the units except for Type C also come with elegant Juliet windows.

As a well-planned development, every tower will be serviced by 3 passenger lifts and 1 service lift to avoid peak hour traffic. The development which is QLASSIC-assessed is also designed to save on energy and resources, hence it incorporates into its design an automated waste collection system.

SkyMeridien is strategically located within proximity of public transportation. Within walking distance at 300 metres is the Sentul Timur LRT Station, while 1 kilometre away is the Sentul LRT Station. At 1.5 kilometres from the development is the KTM Sentul Station, and only slightly further away at 2 kilometres is the Titiwangsa Monorail Station.

Via these train stations, pedestrians will be able to travel to the heart of Kuala Lumpur conveniently. With the LRT, the Kuala Lumpur City Centre is only 9 stops away and with the KTM, Mid Valley is only 5 stations away. For those who need to travel to Bukit Bintang, they will be able to do so with the Monorail which places the destination at only 5 stops away.

SkyMeridien is a development that caters to all walks of lives. The smallest unit makes for an ideal first home, while the larger sized units are ideal for families.
