SkyMeridien is another project of the successful developer SkyWorld Development. An up-and-coming developer in the Klang Valley, SkyWorld Development has completed several projects to-date including Bennington Residences, Ascenda Residence and The Valleys.
One of the latest addition to their portfolio, SkyMeridien is a leasehold serviced apartment that is located in the central township of Bandar Baru Sentul. SkyMeridien is strategically located within proximity of public transportation. Within walking distance at 300 metres is the Sentul Timur LRT Station, while 1 kilometre away is the Sentul LRT Station. At 1.5 kilometres from the development is the KTM Sentul Station, and only slightly further away at 2 kilometres is the Titiwangsa Monorail Station.
Via these train stations, pedestrians will be able to travel to the heart of Kuala Lumpur conveniently. With the LRT, the Kuala Lumpur City Centre is only 9 stops away and with the KTM, Mid Valley is only 5 stations away. For those who need to travel to Bukit Bintang, they will be able to do so with the Monorail which places the destination at only 5 stops away.
SkyMeridien is a development that caters to all walks of lives. The smallest unit makes for an ideal first home, while the larger sized units are ideal for families.
