Taman Perling is an established township located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. Contrary to the hype of new developments in the region, Taman Perling was completed in 1981, with commercial components and residential precincts which are relatively densely populated.

Residences at Taman Perling consist of landed and non-landed types, where there are terraces and semi-detacheds which are typically 2-storeys in height, along with a low-rise apartment complex. The commercial properties within the township are mostly 2-storey shop offices, where a range of businesses has been established to cater to residents.

Amenities available at Taman Perling include eateries, restaurants, clinics, pharmacies, convenience stores, and automotive repair shops among others, while Perling Mall is also not too far off. Schools are aplenty within the township and its surrounding vicinities, such as SK Taman Perling, SK Seri Perling 2 and 3,SMK Seri Perling, SMK Dato’ Usman Awang, and SRJK (C) Pei Hwa.

Accessibility to and from Taman Perling is mainly through the Second Link Expressway, where Johor Bahru is approximately 20 minutes’ drive westwards from the township. In the other direction is the Tuas checkpoint of the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Causeway, also about the same distance away.

The freehold Taman Perling is rather conveniently located in between the key points of JB city and the Second Link, where buyers who are looking for homes on the affordable side may just find what they are looking for at Taman Perling, with prices of properties beginning from just RM85,000.

Considered central JB - there are a lot of schools around the area and it is close to second link and shopping malls. Not gated or guarded but a safe Chinese community and neighbourhood.
