The Sail Melaka is an integrated development consisting of nine soaring towers that make up a built-up area of 991,096 sqm in total. Developed by Sheng Tai International Sdn. Bhd. (Sheng Tai International), an award-winning developer and a specialist in property tourism, The Sail Melaka is situated at Kota Laksamana, Melaka, a tourist hotspot.

Some of the unique facilities this mixed development behold include a 330-metre (internal perimetre) sky ring connecting the nine towers; a 4,000,000 sqm convention and exhibition centre; an illuminating Sky Garden; as well as The Moon, a 360-degree elliptical-shaped experiential centre.
The development also includes international sky-themed restaurants; one of the longest sky rings; sky garden; one of the longest rooftop pools in the region; one of the highest multiple buildings standing at 61 floors each, the most exclusive convention centre and, most importantly, the highest 9-tower connected structure. Currently one of the hotel towers, dubbed The Bay2, is already open for sale to foreign investors from RM2,500 psf.
The Sail Melaka is strategically located in the heart of Melaka town, beside the Melaka Coastal Highway, an ideal location for an exciting activity-filled lifestyle. It is also sited conveniently close to the Klebang Beach, Impression City, Jonker Street, Melaka River Cruise, A’Famosa Fort, The Stadhuys and many more renowned destinations.
