MCC Overseas (M) Sdn. Bhd. (MCC Malaysia) has obtained an 89% Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) score for the construction of The Face 2 Platinum Victory Suites. This is the highest rating recorded in history under the high-rise residential category since the system was introduced in 2007 by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB).

It is considered to be the de facto benchmark for construction projects to ensure that a development project adheres to all the workmanship quality standards and assurances through a strict evaluation process.

Li An Wei, Managing Director of MCC Malaysia expressed, “At MCC Malaysia, we always take great pride in our work and we are proud to have set this record score in the CIDB’s QLASSIC metric as the assessment was not an easy process which involved strict, rigorous and meticulous evaluations of over 600 materials and 300 units.”

Ahmad 'Asri Abdul Hamid said “I applaud MCC for joining the ranks of established contractors who are regular subscribers of QLASSIC and believe in the importance of quality. The achievement of quality made by MCC for The Face 2 Platinum Victory Suites today is definitely one that should be celebrated.”
