personally i will apply for moratorium on mortgage because i want to hold more cash on hands for other expenses although there is loan interest incurred, and i also do not plan to buy additional property in coming 6 months.
For individual who plan to buy property very soon, you are not encourage to apply moratorium because it will have impact on your mortgage application coz your repayment capability will be question by bank since you are under moratorium now.
The moratorium makes good sense if the interest is waived.
It will be great that home owners somehow influence the authorities to waive the interest.
