S P Setia has extended its Loyal Customer Rebate to immediate family members of existing Citizen Setia with Citizen Setia Rewards Xtend (CSRX) starting from 1 August 2021.

Citizen Setia can extend their Loyal Customer Rebate (LCR) with Citizen Setia Rewards Xtend to multiple immediate family members including their parents, spouse, siblings and children upon confirming their purchase of S P Setia’s selected properties. The rebates are up to 3% depending on the existing Citizen Setia’s rebate tier with no minimum purchase price.

Rewarding Citizen Setia by keeping their families closer, CSRX is an integral part of the Citizen Setia programme, as the rewards are shared with Citizen Setia’s immediate family members.

After purchasing their first S P Setia property using the extended LCR, immediate family members will become a Citizen Setia and are able to enjoy a new LCR rate during the purchase of their subsequent property. This LCR will be based on the purchase price of the first property.

Up to RM30,000 Introducer Incentives for Citizen Setia

From 1 August to 30 September 2021 only, members of Citizen Setia who introduce their immediate family members to book a unit of S P Setia’s selected properties will receive the Introducer Incentive Rewards, a cash reward equivalent to 1% of the Net Purchase Price ranging from RM7,000 to RM30,000 upon the execution of Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

Citizen Setia members who download the Setia on the Go mobile app during this campaign will also be rewarded with e-cash vouchers which can be redeemed via the app.
