Tropicana Metropark is quickly becoming the preferred hangout spot for families, friends and community gatherings in Subang Jaya. Located at the heart of the vibrant location with a series of exciting events held at Urban Park, it has attracted nearly a whopping 30,000 visitors from all walks of life over several weekends in May.

Visitors and interested businesses and investors also had the opportunity to check out the new phase in Tropicana Metropark – SouthPlace 2 Residences and Shoppes, which will continue to gain traction and interest to become one of the most ideal addresses in Subang Jaya. Ixora Ang, Managing Director of Marketing & Sales and Business Development at Tropicana, shares her thoughts on the newfound sense of community thriving in Tropicana Metropark.

“Tropicana Metropark is an evolving township that has integrated a sustainable and prosperous sense of community and is quickly becoming a vibrant community hub in Subang Jaya especially with the development of SouthPlace 2 Residences and Shoppes. Having played host to many successful social events and various fun bazaars, including the largest Pingmin market that pulled in more than 17,000 visitors, and with almost 30,000 attendees to the recent Lai, Bazaar 1.0 and Yum Yum Food and Lifestyle Fair, it is clear that this space is highly sought after. Adding value to the community and aligning with Tropicana’s mantra of redefining the art of living, sharing and caring, we look forward to hosting many more events that caters to the varied need and tastes of the community,” she expressed.

LAI, BAZAAR 1.0

Held from 17 to 19 May 2024, Lai, Bazaar 1.0 was a tail-wagging good time. The event saw a wide variety of delicious F&B stalls catering to pets and their humans and opportunities for bonding moments with fellow pet enthusiasts.

The event alone drew a crowd of 3,500 that brought their fur kids along. The pet adoption area was abuzz for those who wished to expand their family or to simply start theirs. Other fun activities and setups available were a camping area, live band and a wide-open space for all 4-legged and 2-legged companions to stretch their legs. It was all-in-all, a fun time for every playful pup, cuddly cat and adorable critter at Lai, Bazaar 1.0.

YUM YUM FOOD & LIFESTYLE FAIR
