UEM Sunrise Berhad (UEM Sunrise) has at the end of November 2019 unveiled The Maris in Desaru Coast, a highly anticipated tourism development area in Malaysia. The master developer of Iskandar Puteri has to-date completed several catalytic key projects in the township.
