City Motors Group, the developer behind the prestigious Alfa Bangsar project, has announced the release of special reserved units in response to overwhelming demand. These highly sought-after units will become available starting from the 20th of September 2023.

The project also includes 178 serviced apartment units on Levels 19 to 42, with various layouts to choose from, catering to the needs of a diverse clientele.

The response from the market has been overwhelmingly positive, with an impressive 80% of the units already sold. The project is on track for completion around Q2 2024, a testament to the project's appeal and the strong demand for property investments in the post-pandemic era.
