Where to file complaints of current MC making  presumptuous claims of missing fund out of non-performance of duties? (almost 20 ex-Committee members were named over a period of 7 years)

(1) If you are complaining about corruption, then report it to the police. However, you must have undeniable proof to ensure you have a sure case.
(2) If the questionable claims are over a period of 7 years, it would be normal for the auditor to detect these. So, during these 7 years, were the accounts audited?
