Koi Kinrara is a condominium located within Bandar Puchong Jaya, sited on a hill overlooking the hills in a quiet and beautiful location. Although its location should be a win factor for residents, this condominium is purported to not be very well maintained. As of 2014, residents have complained that most of the issues that appear in Koi Kinrara are caused by the management, local residents as well as irresponsible parties causing air pollution by burning rubbish near the Klang River. Other issues that residents have is the sole ingress and egress road of Jalan Pipit which is terribly congested in the mornings; a situation that got worse after the completion of Atmosfera Condominium, and is bound to get worse after the completion of Zefer Hill Residence; all of which share the same ingress and egress road.
