BK 4, also known as Bandar Kinrara 4, is a housing development project in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, located between BK 5 and Taman Perindustrian Kinrara. A wide array of amenities can be found within the township of Bandar Kinrara, which allows residents to conveniently access these amenities without a hitch.
For getting daily necessities, residents can head to the Giant Hypermarket located at the neighbouring BK5 area, the hypermarket also houses a post office for even more convenience. Those looking for a quick meal can drop by at the A&W fast food restaurant along Jalan Kinrara 5a, within a Petronas gas station.
BK 4 is accessible via several major highways which is prone to traffic congestion during rush hour. Alternatively, residents can use public transport via the BK5 LRT station to get around. BK 4 is a better choice for new owners in as it is affordable and not as expensive as homes in BK 5 and BK 6, nor as old as BK 1 or BK 2.
